Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in lively nightclub settings or during banquet events.
• Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order tallying.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with food industry standards including catering, food service operations, or retail environments is advantageous.
