We're looking for a skilled and dependable On-Call Cook to join our hotel's culinary team. If you take pride in preparing quality dishes, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food items meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations.
• Maintain consistency by following portion controls and standard recipes.
• Inspect and use only the highest-quality ingredients.
• Store, label, and rotate food properly to maintain freshness and comply with safety regulations.
• Keep all kitchen and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health department standards.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment including ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to read and follow product labeling instructions and safety guidelines.
• Open, flexible availability.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 100 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to safely use kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments and confined spaces.
• Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting.
