About the Role

You will lead the design and development of
next-generation AI and data platforms
, including
agentic AI systems
, intelligent pipelines, and scalable distributed architectures. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to drive high-level AI strategy across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable
  data and AI platforms
  ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Build and deploy
  agentic AI systems
  capable of reasoning, decision-making, and adaptive execution.
• Provide
  technical leadership
  on data architecture, analytics, and AI system design.
• Partner with cross-functional teams — engineering, data science, product — to deliver end-to-end intelligent systems.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies such as
  Palantir Foundry, GCP, Vertex AI, LangChain,
  and modern agent frameworks.
• Mentor engineering teams on LLMs, data governance, and emerging AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working at
  Palantir, Google, or similar high-scale tech environments
  .
• Strong proficiency in
  Python, Java, or Scala
  .
• Expertise in
  data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing
  (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Deep understanding of
  LLMs
  ,
  RAG architecture
  , and
  autonomous/agentic AI systems
  .
• Experience building
  AI-driven agents
  , decision-support systems, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in
  Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
  .
• Experience leading
  AI/ML teams
  , data strategy initiatives, or enterprise AI programs.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like
  LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT
  , or similar orchestration tools.
• Exposure to defense, finance, or other mission-critical enterprise systems.
