Senior Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a leading manufacturer near the Lewsiburg, TN area and we are assisting them in hiring for a Senior Maintenance Technician to take a lead role in keeping production running smoothly. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone with strong industrial maintenance experience and the ability to guide a small team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily maintenance activities and support junior techs as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, 3-phase motors, and general mechanical/electrical systems
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting/adjustments on PLC-driven equipment
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance, work orders, and equipment inspections
• Support continuous improvement and help minimize downtime

What You Need:

• Solid industrial maintenance background
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and PLC-controlled machinery
• Ability to lead, train, and coordinate work
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
