What You'll Do:

• Oversee ABA programming for children 18 months–8 years
• Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs
• Provide caregiver training and occasional in-home/community sessions

What You'll Need:

• Active
  BCBA certification
• Master's in ABA, education, psychology, or related field
• Strong documentation and clinical supervision skills
• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
