Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a good understanding of the food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and in good working condition.
• Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Keep track of inventory levels, assisting in ordering supplies as needed to maintain bar operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is not preferred we would prefer to train our way
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation.
