serving children across Colorado for many years. Our mission is to help every child feel
inclusive
through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

We're currently hiring
BCBAs primarily for evening hours (3:00–7:00 PM) but are open to full time BCBAs as well
to support our growing number of after-school clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing clinical support
• Implement and adjust ABA treatment programs
• Collaborate with families, schools, and team members
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Requirements

• Active
  BCBA certification
  (BACB) in good standing
• Must
  reside in Colorado
• Reliable transportation for in-home or school visits
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Current
  CPR/First Aid certification
• Must pass background check

What We Offer
