• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
• Conduct night audits to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing reservations and guest relations.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus for those interested in evening shifts.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing guest inquiries efficiently.
