GM is seeking an accomplished
Senior Litigation Counsel
with a minimum of 12 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record in complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a high-achievement culture, values collaboration, and is committed to both team and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Complex Litigation
    : Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in Colorado state courts.
  • Strategic Leadership
    : Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    : Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Client Management
    : Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
  • Efficient Caseload Management
    : Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
  • Business Development
    : Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation.
  • Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Compensation
    : Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range starting at $160,000 - $180,000
  • Performance Bonuses
    : Significant bonus potential tied to both billable hours and contributions to business development ($12,000 - $35,000)
