Who We Are
Our Education team partners with K-12 school districts, community colleges, and universities to design and manage transformative programs that align with their goals. We partner with institutions on projects including:
  • Modernization and expansion of facilities
  • Infrastructure improvements for safety and sustainability
  • Development of specialized spaces such as laboratories, research centers, and classrooms.
Position Description:
  • Provide all general administrative support to the College Project Team including correspondence
  • processing and distribution, routine filing, and maintenance of office supply stock levels.
  • Coordinate arrangements for meetings and training as required.
  • Provide administrative support by conducting research, assisting on the preparation statistical
  • reports, and handling information requests.
  • Process RFIs, change orders, and other construction related documents
  • Assists in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and
  • guidelines related to project file maintenance and document control
  • Review, proofread, and edit documents
  • Preparing and documenting meeting minutes
  • Other duties as assigned
Experienced Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years of general administration experience related to the A/E/C industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Computer software such as Microsoft Office and Excel, Contract Manager, databases, and web applications
  • Experience performing highly detailed work on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range offered for this position is $60-65K. Actual pay offered will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
