What We Expect From You:

100% Reliability:

• Must show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
• No excessive call-outs or late arrivals. We run a tight, supportive team — every shift counts.

Cross-Trained & Flexible:

• You will be trained on every station: grill, fryer, register, expo, prep, shakes/dessert, and cleaning.
• We value team players who are willing to jump into any position as needed — no task is "not my job."
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods of time, and shift between roles as business demands.

Guest-First Attitude:

• SMILE, greet, and serve every guest like they're your FAMILY
• Keep dining, kitchen, and work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Handle food and equipment safely and follow company procedures with pride.
