Are you someone who loves helping people feel supported, understood, and at ease?

You're the one others call when they need clarity, reassurance, or a calm voice in a busy season. If you've ever felt stuck in roles where your natural warmth, organization, and leadership weren't valued — this is your chance to do meaningful work in an environment that appreciates who you are.

At RBA, we don't just work with numbers; we work with people. We help clients make better financial decisions and we help our team design work around their lives. We understand the trade-offs between career and family — and we're here to offer something better: purpose and balance. This role is central to that mission.

Our Values:

  • Accountability: We work with our clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Resourcefulness: We discover unique, client-tailored tax-saving strategies to maximize their financial potential.
  • Big Picture Thinking: We help clients connect their taxes to a larger financial strategy that serves both their personal and business goals.
  • Compassion: We value where each client—and team member—is coming from and work to help them achieve their goals.
  • Community Impact: More financial resources mean greater influence and impact. We help clients turn their financial resources into something meaningful for their community.
  • Education: We empower clients by helping them understand their finances and their impact.

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Work With Purpose: At RBA, you're not "just admin." You are the heart of the client and team experience — the person who sets the tone for every interaction.
  • Human-First Culture: We live what we preach. We make space for family, personal goals, and real life while doing excellent work.
  • Real Influence: You'll shape how clients feel walking into the firm — and how team members feel supported, celebrated, and welcomed.
  • Growth & Support: We provide structured development, mentorship, and the flexibility to build a career that fits your life.

Your Role:

As our Client Experience Manager, you will be the warm, steady presence clients and team members depend on. You'll manage client communications, set expectations with clarity, support scheduling, and help guide clients through key touchpoints during the year.

Inside the firm, you support HR onboarding and offboarding, help shape culture and morale, and ensure our internal communication stays clear and grounded. You'll work closely with partners, team leads, and our tax operations team to keep the client experience consistent and the team experience positive.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, values organization, and brings calm leadership to busy seasons.

You're a Great Fit If:

  • You enjoy being the first point of contact — and you make others feel cared for and supported.
  • You communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence — even when things are busy.
  • You're highly organized and enjoy keeping calendars, schedules, and workflows running smoothly.
  • You love creating a welcoming atmosphere, whether greeting clients or celebrating team milestones.
  • You value a workplace that respects family time and supports personal priorities.
  • You want a career where your empathy and leadership genuinely matter.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client service, operations, HR support, or administrative roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain calm under pressure
  • Experience coordinating schedules, calendars, or client interactions
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable learning and navigating software tools (training provided)
  • Access to reliable Wi-Fi
  • A dedicated professional workspace at home
  • Ability to commute to our McDonough office for hybrid in-office days
  • Software Skills: Required: Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Software Skills:

Preferred: Canopy, RingCentral (training provided)

What We Offer:

  • Three (3) weeks of paid time off (PTO)
  • Firm and Observed Holidays, including the December holiday week
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Personal development program
  • Supportive, family-friendly culture
  • $5,000 annual bonus
  • Hybrid work environment
