We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager/Front Desk to oversee daily office operations and provide exceptional administrative support. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functioning and supporting team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting patient and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development programs to enhance team performance.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically; ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and supporting HR initiatives.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- Support medical or specialized office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and clear communication across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Calendar management tools, multi-line phone systems, and general office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Vendor management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, human resources, or medical office management is preferred.
- Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting the organization's growth and success through excellent administrative practices.
Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
