DHA Overview

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and a ready medical force to Combatant Commands during peacetime and wartime. Established to enhance the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high-quality health services, the DHA supports Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries and drives the integration of clinical and business processes across the MHS. The agency plays a pivotal role in ensuring military personnel and their families receive comprehensive healthcare, thus maintaining operational readiness and overall force health protection.  

Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler for a major DHA Innovation Program. This role will work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, ensuring all project activities are accurately represented, and supporting the successful delivery of program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various projects within the program.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to identify project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
  • Ensure all project activities are accurately represented in the IMS and aligned with program goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the IMS, identifying potential risks, delays, and issues.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and status meetings with project teams to track progress and address scheduling concerns.
  • Prepare and present schedule status reports, updates, and forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule integration and coordination across workstreams.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to develop and manage project schedules.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of schedule management best practices and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant scheduling policies, standards, and guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within a complex, multi-project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Certification in project scheduling (e.g., PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)).
  • Familiarity with the DoD, Military Health System (MHS) and the DHA is highly desired .
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project performance measurement techniques.
  • Experience with AI/ML a plus.  
  • Active DoD CAC or Active DoD Clearance. 

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Remote - Falls Church, VA

*The Government reserves the right to change where this work will be performed, and light travel may be requested occasionally based on government requirements. Ideal cities and states with access to Government facilities are: Falls Church, VA, Washington, DC, San Antonio, TX, and Aurora, CO.

  • If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
