Bartender

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender will mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly impacting their overall dining experience. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction **Skills:** - Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system - Strong knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Familiarity with brewing techniques for crafting specialty drinks - Experience in banquet or food service settings is a plus - Ability to upsell and drive sales through suggestive selling techniques Joining our team as a Bartender offers the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, interact with diverse clientele, and contribute to a vibrant dining atmosphere.
