Job Description

The Branch Operations Analyst supports branch operations by analyzing processes, collecting and interpreting data, and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of community management functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business and community management processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to streamline community management operations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess the impact and sustainability of implemented changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, and community management to drive operational excellence across the branch.
  • Other duties as requested.

Pay rate: $25-$28 an hour.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business process improvement, or a similar analytical role. Experience within property management, real estate, or community management operations a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Background with sales tools and property or real estate management systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational performance.
