Daycare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Daycare Teacher will work closely with children of various ages, including infants, and will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that foster learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide care for infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with disabilities.

Experience

• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment.
• Experience working with children of various ages, particularly in daycare or preschool settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in infant care.
• Ability to work effectively with students who have disabilities is a plus.
• A background in developing educational activities that promote learning through play is highly desirable.
