Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal to provide advanced support to attorneys handling complex, high-stakes matters. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation and case support to attorneys
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• Organize, maintain, and audit case files (physical and electronic)
• File legal documents with courts and government agencies
• Coordinate deadlines, hearings, and case calendars
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, court rules, and deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation or criminal defense
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, filings, and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software (e.g., Clio) strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
