About Us:

GMTCare is a mission-driven provider of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, dedicated to helping individuals with diverse mobility needs access safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation. Since our founding in 2009, we've grown rapidly across Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, improving lives and healthcare outcomes one ride at a time.

Our corporate office, Transportation Management Group (TMG), is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and provides the strategic leadership and operational support that powers GMTCare's growing footprint. As we continue to expand, with plans to open 6 to 10 new bases annually, TMG plays a critical role in scaling our mission and ensuring operational excellence.

Guided by our core values—Compassion, Attitude, Responsibility, and Excellence ("We CARE")—we've built a culture centered on service, integrity, and innovation. Our commitment to safety and professionalism is reflected in every aspect of our operations, from a state-of-the-art fleet equipped with GPS and powered lifts, to the 80+ hours of training each driver completes before serving our clients.

Why Join Our Team?

TMG is seeking a driven and safety-minded Safety Coordinator to join our team during a period of continued growth. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in worker health and safety who is ready to take the next step in their career within a mission-driven, multi-state non-emergency medical transportation organization.

This is a hands-on, field-focused position working closely with frontline Transporters and operational leaders. You communicate clearly, follow processes, and are eager to continue building your skills in incident investigation, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced safety and risk leaders while gaining exposure to enterprise-level safety programs.

At TMG, safety is a shared responsibility. We value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and we are committed to supporting employees who want to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

If you're looking for a role where you can expand your safety experience, spend meaningful time in the field, and grow with a company that prioritizes both employee and patient safety, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
