We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures, conducting cycle counts, investigating variances, and managing stock adjustments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of accuracy. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and product flow. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring that all inventory management processes adhere to strict safety protocols. Proper PPE must be worn at all times when in the warehouse environment.
