We are seeking a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our busy logistics hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurately processed, documented, and prepared for timely dispatch. If you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you. Responsibilities include verifying order accuracy, preparing shipping labels, packaging items securely, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. You will also maintain shipping logs, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to the relevant parties. This position requires working closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient flow of goods. Understanding of shipping procedures and familiarity with various shipping software are highly desirable. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential; adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role is vital for customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure. Prior experience in a shipping or logistics role is strongly preferred. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and labels.
- Package products securely for shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and track shipments.

- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and safety guidelines, including PPE.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with shipping software and order management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
