We are seeking a meticulous Order Picker for our facility in Columbus, Ohio. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and staging items to fulfill customer orders. Using order lists and scanning devices, you will navigate the warehouse to locate and retrieve products efficiently. Accuracy and speed are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for confirming picked items against order details, reporting any discrepancies, and assisting with inventory counts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk extensively, and perform moderate Lifting of products. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary training and PPE. Opportunities for growth within our logistics operations are available for dedicated individuals. Understanding warehouse management systems is a plus.
