We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our warehouse, encompassing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory, maintaining organization.
- Load and unload trucks, preparing shipments for transit.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
