Job Summary:
Join our innovative team in San Jose, California as an Inventory Control Specialist! This crucial role involves maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, implementing inventory control procedures, and ensuring that our stock levels are precise and up-to-date. Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by tracing products and analyzing transaction history.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points, and generate reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Conduct audits of inventory storage areas to ensure proper organization, labeling, and condition of goods.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper handling of materials and use of PPE.
  • Support physical inventory counts as required.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and WMS software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
