Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Prepare picked items for the packing station, ensuring proper organization.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace, free from hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Assist with inventory management duties, including cycle counting.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
