We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and shipped. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, processing outgoing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding our high standards for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will be working with a diverse range of products, utilizing various warehouse equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting, be comfortable with physical tasks, and possess strong communication skills. Your role is crucial in the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comprehensive training to ensure your safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and checking for damages.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and operational efficiency.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
