We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of essential tasks. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This position is vital to our Logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. A commitment to Safety is paramount, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items accurately for orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Proper use of all required PPE.
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Physically capable of performing tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices is required.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
