We are looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your primary responsibilities will involve picking items from warehouse shelves according to order lists and carefully packaging them for shipment. This requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. You will be working within a busy logistics environment, so good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are important. We prioritize the Safety of our employees; therefore, adherence to all Safety guidelines and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves a significant amount of physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to a specified weight limit. Previous experience as a picker or packer is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn and contribute is highly valued.
