Join our growing logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Material Handler! We are seeking diligent individuals responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials within our warehouse facility. This role is fundamental to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting our shipping and receiving departments. You will be handling a variety of materials, operating equipment, and working collaboratively to meet daily objectives. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all procedures is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Retrieve and stage materials for production or outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and physical counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handler role preferred.
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
