Join our dynamic Fulfillment Center team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a Fulfillment Associate! This is a hands-on role crucial to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving goods, moving inventory, picking items for orders, and packing them securely for shipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency are key to success in this role. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent standing, walking, and performing tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are an integral part of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory and prepare it for storage.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Ensure the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
- Undertake other warehouse duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
