Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform put-away and replenishment of inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts as certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and wear all required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
