Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Be capable of regular lifting up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling responsibilities.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to follow directions and utilize required PPE.
