haart Estate Agents in Westcliff are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team! This role is on a part-time basis of 3/4 days. As part of the team evolving and keeping the sales process moving by staying in close contact with all key stakeholders—from mortgage advisers and solicitors to buyers, vendors, and surveyors—you’ll chase progress, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everyone involved. We are currently conducting interviews using video software.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role.
Experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.

As a Sales Progressor, we expect you to pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and effectively communicate with, and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion. We provide dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development and offer opportunities to progress to the next level.

Compensation
Basic salary ofιά£20,000 to £25,000 per year, dependant on experience (pro rata to agreed hours) with salary increase upon tenure/hitting targets.
Complete on‑target earnings of £30,000 per year.
Quarterly bonuses for converting a percentage of the pipeline:
65% – £250, 75% – £500, 85% – £750 .
