Position: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)
Location: P.L.A.Y Speech & Language Center (Tarzana, CA + surrounding cities)

We specialize in supporting children in homes, schools, daycares and in-clinic with an emphasis on naturalistic, play-based interventions. *Job Description*
We know that great care starts with great clinicians! We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working with children, has a strong understanding of developmental/ communication milestones, and is passionate about helping children with diverse communication needs.
*Responsibilities*
-Conduct speech and language evaluations, and prepare initial speech reports
-Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
-Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for improvement
-Provide direct therapy in clinic, home, school, and daycare settings
-Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and Regional Center case managers
-Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress notes, and billing
-Participate in team meetings and professional development
-Foster a friendly, positive, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
*Qualifications/Requirements*
-Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-CCC-SLP certification and California state licensure (required)
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
-Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to relationship-based, family-centered care
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active, play-based therapy
-Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and/or employment eligibility verification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
