We are right off I-75 and only *20 minutes south of Downtown Dayton* or *45 minutes north of Downtown Cincinnati.* The commute is easy and against traffic.
Permanent/fulltime W-2 Associate role with full benefits.
Partnership encouraged over time but not required.
*Highlights:*
* 3-day workweek (considered fulltime and full benefits eligible)
* $1k/day minimum guarantee and commission pay.
* $250k+ average associate earnings

* Located in a growing suburb about 30 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati and able to draw patients from Dayton, too.
* Full renovation and equipment upgrade in 2020 and constant evaluation and ability to buy new as needed.

* Practice consistently adds over 170 patients per month and most will be routed to you.
* Incredible staff and support team to enable you to do what you do best.
*Candidate Parameters:*
* Must have worked the previous two years, or more, outside of a training environment. If one of those years was a residency - please apply.
* Must be comfortable in a team environment.
* Simple Endo and Extractions are a part of the job.
* 3 of our partner-doctors place implants, perform surgical extractions, and are comfortable with tricky Endo for any patients you need to internally refer.
* Must be kind to all and interested in CE and professional growth
* Personal and professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered prior to hire.
* Unable to support visas as we are for-profit tax status and without academic ties.
