About the Department The Enterprise Applications team is dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise solutions to support our business operations and goals. The team focuses on leveraging cloud technologies, modern engineering practices and collaborative Agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality, scalable and secure applications and services.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle and Cloud Applications Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle ERP and EPM products, cloud technologies, GitHub, API integrations and IAM including SSO. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise solutions to support our business operations and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building scalable and secure RESTful microservices and cloud‑native applications using Microsoft Azure.
Write clean, secure, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve your technical skills.
Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and test automation, gaining experience with tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions.
Learn how to design and adapt applications for Azure, exploring event‑driven architectures and cloud service capabilities.
Begin exploring AI‑powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and support smarter engineering.
About the Candidate
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation).
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Azure.
Proficiency in version control and DevOps tools like GitHub, Git Actions, Jenkins, Terraform.
Programming and scripting skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, Shell scripting.
Experience with data and reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau.
Understanding of security and compliance standards including OAuth2, SAML, RBAC, encryption standards.
