Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Engineer to join the Sustainment Engineering Team. This role is critical in supporting product development, addressing technical queries, providing customer support, managing obsolescence challenges, and owning product yield including data analysis. Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support for product development, ensuring product reliability and performance throughout its lifecycle in collaboration with the PSE Team. Apply knowledge of electronic systems and components to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve product designs including performance. Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from both internal teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and timely solutions. Act as a technical liaison for customers, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving them to completion while meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Maintain accountability for technical deliverables and decisions during the TG10 product phase, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and customer support puur challenges and implement improvements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Expertise in electronic systems and components, with ability to apply this knowledge to product sustainment and development. Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including customers. Familiarity with lean principles and methodologies.
