We’re an early-stage, fast-moving team combining generative AI research with production-ready engineering to transform how motion is created, controlled, and shared.
The Role We’re looking for a Research Engineer to join our core technical team and work closely with our Research Scientists. You’ll bridge the gap between cutting‑edge research and practical implementation — training and testing models, building internal tools, and managing the data and API pipelines that power our experiments and client integrations.
If you’re excited about exploring transformer and diffusion models in areas — from generating stylised, natural, or creature‑like movements, to advancing motion capture cleanup, to building a general motion foundation model — and you want to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on startup where your ideas directly shape the product, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Research Scientists to run and improve model training pipelines
Build and optimise internal research tools to accelerate experimentation
Develop and manage data processing pipelines for large‑scale motion datasets
Build, deploy, and maintain APIs that host and serve our models to users and clients
Experiment with transformer, diffusion, and 3D vision architectures
Debug, test, and iterate quickly in a high‑energy, research‑driven, product‑focused environment
Contribute to discussions, propose new ideas, and share learnings openly to help the team move faster
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and numerical problem‑solving
Solid understanding of transformers and diffusion models
Strong grasp of linear algebra, geometry, and 3D transformations
Experience or projects in 3D computer vision, graphics, or motion data are a plus
Ability to think critically and independently, take initiative, and experiment
Enjoys working collaboratively, sharing challenges, and brainstorming solutions
Motivated by fast iteration, impactful work, and solving hard, undefined problems
Culture Values We move fast, stay curious, and build with purpose. We value autonomy, creative thinking, and relentless problem‑solving — every team member has a direct hand in shaping the foundation of the company. If you’re passionate about building from the ground up, thrive under high velocity, and want to make real breakthroughs in AI‑generated motion, you’ll feel right at home here.
