This is a hands-on, high ownership role where you’d
Lead a complex, integrated machine from early concept through to production-ready hardware
Work across mechanical, electrical and software-controlled systems
Build, test and iterate directly on the shop floor (not just behind a CAD screen)
Work across individual parts, assemblies and complete systems
Play a key role in scaling from prototype to repeatable, manufacturable systems
Key skills / Experience required
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design or similar
Software, programming or controls experience
Proven experience taking complex machines from concept to market launch
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals (mechanisms, tolerances, materials)
A strong bias toward practical, on-site engineering and experimentation
