On behalf of HSE, we are looking for an Applications Operations Engineer (Inside IR35) for a 8 week contract based Remotely. As an Applications Operations Engineer, your main responsibilities will be: Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks. Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance. Experience in change management and delivering user‑focused implementations. Ability to analyze complex technical environments and design effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
