Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, including weekend work.

Responsibilities
Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
Contact customers and prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
A current full UK manual driving license.
Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
