is on a mission: to evolve with the fast-paced world of leasing, fleet management, and mobility services. As Sofico ventures into new verticals, we’re assembling a fresh team to tackle the quirks of
truck and equipment leasing,
think trucks, excavators, and material handling beasts.
As a
Business Analyst , you’ll be the translator between business needs and developers. That includes guiding how the Miles Enterprise Suite adapts to the unique challenges of truck and equipment leasing, from
multi-element assets
to
self-managed maintenance.
Your responsibilities are:
Translate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories.
Spot gaps in the current offering and propose realistic, market-aligned solutions.
Helping Product Owners prioritize based on a solid understanding of market & customer needs, and product strategy.
Actively contribute to scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and excited about what’s coming next.
Your skills and interests Analytical thinking
drives your approach. You enjoy digging into complex problems, uncovering patterns, and translating insights into actionable solutions.
Collaboration
is second nature; you thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to bring people together around a shared goal.
Stakeholder management
isn’t just a skill. You listen actively, communicate clearly, and build trust across departments and cultures.
You bring structure to chaos, clarity to ambiguity, and energy to every meeting.
What else is expected:
Experience within truck and equipment leasing environments; bonus points if this was in a software context.
Solid understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Skilled in business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
Familiar with Process Modeling and tools like Draw.io, Figma, Visio. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.
