The role involves assisting the Sales Manager to implement used car sales policy.
You will be joining a Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features used cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges. You will also be selling add‑ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add‑ons, all of which enhance your earnings.
Strong public Xml demand and desirable, sought‑after stock has led to us opening this exciting job vacancy.
What you’ll bring
Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Determination to succeed and professionalism
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
Working pattern An average minimum of 45 hours per week working a 5.5‑days week on a 2‑week variable rota pattern. You will work 5 days one week and 6 days the following week, including Saturdays and Sundays as follows:
Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Starting at 8.30am week 1 and 8am week 2.
Saturdays, working from 8:30am to 5pm. Sundays, working from 10am to 4pm
In return we offer a basic salary of £30,500 per annum with uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000 pa) plus a company car.
