Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing carriers.
- Operate manual equipment for moving goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all PPE requirements and safe lifting procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals and targets.
