We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the movement and management of inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for a range of duties from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, staging, and loading.
- Operate various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse and logistics flow.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to inventory or equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional overtime.
