Our dynamic logistics center in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be responsible for managing a team of associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, and upholding the highest standards of Safety and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse best practices within the logistics industry. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance management, inventory control, and implementing process improvements. You must be comfortable with tasks requiring considerable Lifting and must strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse management software and a proven ability to motivate a team are essential.
