Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and containers.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items within the facility.
- Perform daily inspections of material handling equipment and report any issues.
- Follow all safety regulations, including the use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organization within designated areas.
- Identify and report damaged goods or potential safety hazards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work culture within the logistics department.
