We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within our logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are highly valued. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent Lifting of goods up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and operating basic warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials and products.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Utilize and care for assigned PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow established logistics procedures and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
