Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are key to success in this position. You will work with various warehouse systems and equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack products securely using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Inspect orders for accuracy before sealing and shipping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and ensure efficient Logistics .
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity for tasks requiring dexterity and accuracy.
  • Willingness to perform occasional Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners.
  • Must be able to wear and use required PPE .
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and meeting deadlines.
