As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your role is crucial for maintaining the speed and accuracy of our logistics operations. Key duties include interpreting pick lists, locating items, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Safety is our utmost priority; all associates are required to strictly follow safety regulations and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical dexterity and stamina, involving frequent lifting, walking, reaching, and bending. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Ensure correct product identification and quantity for each order.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Use scanning devices to record picked items and update inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Support the overall logistics and order fulfillment process.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies encountered during picking.
- Engage in physical tasks including consistent lifting and movement.
